1. Ordered items will take 10-21 days to get to you, order if you are willing to wait.

2.  a) If the item you've ordered becomes out-of-stock (OOS), there will be no refunds.  
The money will be stored as store credit for your next purchase.
Store credit must be used within the next 2 collections.
FYI: Trixiave.com plans to open New collections on a weekly/fortnightly basis and 
we will try our best to minimize the risk of an occurrence of such event. 

b) Why we don't do refunds?
- Refunds through Paypal can take 5-7 days to come through
and we do not want to take the risk of it not appearing in your account.

c) To compensate for the inconvenience caused,
we'll give affected buyers a little gift (eg.rings) & a discount for their next purchase :)
